It's been awhile since I stayed at Victory Inn and to be honest the place a few months back was dirty the minute you walked into main lobby but this past weekend I walked in and the place looked super clean, smelled great!! The new young woman they hired is doing a great job, she deserves 5 stars.

I can honestly say I met 3 of the kindest people here although the area isnt all that great staying here actually took alot of stress off me. Sam that works front office, Monday -Friday is a sweet heart, our car broke down and he helped us get a room, Omar got my husband some work and offered to help us fix our car and a place to stay while my husband works for him. Thank you both very much!! Last but not least, Delores who I thought was manager at first, so organized and running the property very well. Cleaning the inside and outside of property, covering front desk while her co-workers take a break, to even being security at night, keeping the place secure, in a tough area like this one she shows just how much she cares for the safety of those who stay at the hotel. Delores is by far one of the most hardworking, caring woman I have ever came across, I hope her upper management is able to see just how
lucky they are to have an employee like her, hardworking, devoted, dedicated and by far amazing!!! Thank you, Delores!!

How tall is okay but very old and not very clean the ceilings are gross the roof of the hotel leaks when it rains the whole hotel seriously needs to be remodeled. Right now they charge $100 a night and in the condition of the hotel is in it's not worth it.

Stayed here for two nights and I've got to say they definitely need to hire some different cleaning people. And definitely need to check the rooms better when people check out. Found two pills under the blanket on the bed and there was broken glass everywhere in the room. The sheets and blankets were not washed. The bathrooms were pretty gross and the second room we stayed in had no shower curtain...
If I'm being real this place should be probably be shut down due to safety and health concerns.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and got me checked in quick and with no hassle. Shout out to Sam at the front desk for being awesome. Only complaint was the fridge not working and the other guests being noisy at odd hours.

Bring your own pillows as they only had 2 flat pillows. They do not have a fitted sheet but instead a flat sheet, tucked under the mattress. Then they have a hospital throw blanket only, so bring blankets if you get cold easily. The amenities say we are supposed to have a mini-fridge but it looks like it was removed. It also said there is room service but they don’t offer that. The phone doesn’t even work. Housekeeping came in and only made the bed, with our personal blanket. They didn’t empty the trash, but they moved our personal stuff around and then took the TV remote. If you get hurt you are SOL because they do not have any first aid kits. The front door to the building is supposed to be key access only but it doesn’t lock. There is no noise control as people will blast their music during all hours of the night. The signs where everything is located are incorrect. Worst hotel ever!!
