Bill was fantastic! He was so informative and thorough and of course very friendly! I actually had a great time hanging out with him and his co workers Donna and Lane! They helped me pick out the perfect solitaire for my anniversary. I surprised my wife and she was so excited and impressed we went back to get her existing rings cleaned and we walked out of there with a small anniversary band to go with her solitaire!
