We had dash and rear camera installed amazing customer service extremely knowledgeable we have no wires showing and the cameras were beautiful installed. We were given a demo how to use and help with connecting the app! Highly recommend we will be going back for speakers soon!!!

10/10. Anthony the owner of the shop, made the process so easy. I was needing 6 new speakers ordered and installed, Anthony took the time and was able to give me different speaker options and setups. He was able to take a look at my current set up, go over options and schedule an appointment within an hour. Friendly attitude made me feel like we’d be friends for years. I walked out confident that he was going to do a great job. Which was a relief since I’ve had nightmare stories with car audio.

I wanted to get a new car stereo and possibly some speakers for my son’s car. I saw 12 Volt USA and had great reviews. I decided to visit their shop and within 5 minutes I knew I wanted them to do the job. They were super friendly, super knowledgeable and took their time to explain everything. The saw my sons car how faded the color was (literally NO shine) and mentioned that the do buffing on cars and that will bring the color back to life. I thought the price they quoted me was reasonable so I told them to do that as well. All this to say, the stereo and speakers are amazing and the buffing they did exceeded my expectations, they even cleaned the engine. This 2009 Toyota looks like a new car. Could not recommend them enough. For any car stereo, lighting, car camera, buffing, etc. Look no further.

I had a full stereo system installed at another shop and something was wrong with the front stage of the system. I went to by a new set of rca cables thinking I had a bad set. Anthony said let me check the signal to the front and found that it wasn’t getting a full range signal to the front. He then realized that the wrong interface was installed and ordered the right one for me an installed it for me and that fixed the issue. Definitely very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about what he does .

I got a deal on a Tacoma that was decked out with electronic accessories but without any documentation or manuals. My main problem was with the security proximity function was way too sensitive and would go off all night long. Anthony adjusted sensitivity and put a switch to turn it on and off. He identified the manufacturer and showed my how to operate it. He also figured out I had a remote start option. He also rewired my bass volume control so it was more convenient to use. I definately recommend this place.

I got an illuminated wind restrictor for my Mustang convertible and the installation directions for wiring it were wrong. The manufacturer was aware of the error but could not provide correct wiring instructions. 12 Volt USA saved the day. They quickly identified the correct wire, did an awesome job of connecting everything and concealing the wires, all at an awesome price. I can't wait to go out crusing at night and show off the spectacular job 12 Volt did.
