I popped in for the sale which was fantastic but when I got home a tiny earring had fallen from the wrapping, I rang them and it was at the till. The manager kindly offered to post it and it arrived today, with an extra pair of earrings to apologise!! What fabulous service

It took a lot for me to go get my ears repierced, had a friend do mine a while back but they were uneven. Finally went today, the actual piercer was amazing, really tried to listen to me. The other worker, I'm assuming a higher up, came over and told me the spacing I wanted between the three lobe piercings made her "uncomfortable" and because of that she couldn't "allow me to leave the store" with the piercings how I wanted them, then marked where she would allow the piercer to pierce my ears, baring in mind one side already had the 1st and 3rd, so the spacing was already decided. But she refused to allow me to work with what I had and wanted. Was rude to me, telling me not to touch my ears, even though I was trying to see where she was suggesting I pierce them, then she decided she can touch my ears with her bare unsanitised hands. Ultimately I was bullied and as a result ended up with the 2nd piercings far too close together AGAIN, which I've now taken out, and am going to wait a few months and try again elsewhere. She told me I shouldn't care about the spacing and told the piercer to not bother trying to make them even on both sides because noone is going to see them and point out they're uneven....as if me noticing it isn't enough. There were no health and safety concerns, she just didn't like me having my piercings spaced out how I wanted because she said the third one is where a fourth would go, but I have no intention of getting a fourth, plus they're my damn ears. Wish it occurred to me to walk away, but at that point I was so worn down and felt bullied tbh so I gave in when I shouldn't have. By the end of it I was so defeated that if the piercer had said she'd pierce my ear for the 3rd piercing where I didn't want it as well, I would've accepted it. The lady treated me in such a way that the thought that I could just leave or tell her to get off my ears just didn't occur to me- if they had, I'd have left. Her bullying worked I guess.

Sue was so helpful in assisting me to find the right pieces for my outfit. Not only was she really friendly, she pointed me in the right direction to the Monsoon branch in a Grand Central for some shoes. She’s such an asset to the company and helped me immensely!!

Not too bad initially. However when I purchased a set of earrings I requested the receipt (which most people would assume would entitle me to return them).

As it turned out I wasn’t entitled to return them which they had neglected to point out. This store is generally very welcoming with a nice selection of products. It’s a shame that they don’t make their policies clearer, as to avoid confusing and disappointing customers.

It is not enough for a condition to be in small print on the receipt, it needs to be made much clearer to customers as most won’t read small print. This is stated in law in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

So disappointed. I ordered a bag two weeks ago and am yet to hear anything about it. I have rang the store and all I’ve been told is they can’t do anything about it. On top of that I cannot track my order. Truly shocked. Won’t be ordering from here again.
