Poor quality products. Asked to return earrings that were faulty and I’d only just bought (asked for refund 5 minutes after leaving the store) but was told no. I’d understand if the product was working and had been used but they didn’t close together.

Staff were not understanding and were unpleasant.

I managed to get in contact with the company support team where I explained the issue and sent video proof. They agreed with me that the earrings were not of acceptable standard and offered me compensation.

This could have been sorted quicker if the staff members had listened and not been defensive.

Won’t be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought a product at Livingston Lovisa and decided afterwards I wanted a refund as earrings were faulty and couldn’t even be used. Myself and my boyfriend were very kind asking for a refund but were refused. The younger alternative-looking woman and older regional manager were passive aggressive and gave us a lot of attitude, and the alternative girl proceeded to nastily gossip in front of us whilst talking to the manager. The fact that both of them couldn’t even get the earrings to work was very ironic. I left the store and cried because of how I was spoken to (and about). My boyfriend who rarely gets annoyed was livid at the service.
Also, the piercings here are very unprofessional and unhygienic but I figured everyone already knew this.
Avoid this place at all costs. Horrible staff who don’t deserve any customers.

Got my ears pierced at lovisa today by a lovely girl Sammy,
The lady who brought me into the shop (whose name I can’t remember, sorry) was so lovely too, everyone made me feel very at ease.
Sammy was also very informative and able to answer any questions I had!
Will definitely be back for piercings and jewellery in the future!

I don't know what's happened to this shop but twice I've went in been in 5 minutes this time I did make sure I noted the time and absolutely no one around for that whole 5 minutes!!! Honestly you could have went in and stolen the whole shop before anyone appeared. I don't think Livingston centre security would be too happy chasing down any shoplifters when the same effort isn't being applied in a shop. the college and school kids were about to also go on a break heaven forbid If this was my shop

The worst shopping experience! First time I visited the store it was a mess, young girls blasting the music in the store, shoving each about, prancing around the shop and shouting. So I left sharply without looking. 2nd time I went to the store it was also a mess, sale was on you could not tell which was on sale and which wasn’t. Attitude from staff was shocking not pleasant even for a brief interaction at the till.. many people didn’t realise what they had picked up wasn’t on sale and staff were extremely rude explaining this. Felt extremely uncomfortable in the store. I won’t make the mistake of going back a 3rd time !

Rude staff member that was inconsiderate and had a bad attitude.I was looking and I was made to feel like I was in her way I looked in another area hoping I could get back in I gave up and went to the checkout. After paying she switched a key board around and said “type your email in” I asked if I could get a printed receipt instead.I got a dirty look and with attitude she said “it’s to save paper and the environment” which I totally understand but I just didn’t appreciate this and felt like asking for a receipt was a problem.
