The pictures speak VOLUME! I don't usually leave negative reviews but this experience was awful! I've never had anyone mess my hair up like this. I originally went in on a Saturday, I asked for icy blonde she said not a good idea so I just went with my regular blonde and red highlights I've gotten for years! They ran out of the red dye they were using in the middle of doing my hair so they went and mixed two colors up to "color match". When she started to rinse my hair I just had a feeling it was going to be bad when she used hot water instead of cold water but I'm no professional so I just assumed she knew what she was doing. After cutting it and blow drying she asks "how are we feeling about the color" MY HAIR WAS NEON ORANGE!!! I was so upset but I tried to be understanding and they had me come back the next day to get someone else to fix it... needless to say it WAS NOT fixed, it may have been a little less orange but no where near what I had asked for.. the first two pictures are from the 1st day and the 2nd tow are after their 2nd attempt to "fix it".. I kept my cool the manager was nice and appreciated me being calm about it but causing a scene wouldn't have gotten me anywhere but all the attention on this awful hair I had to walk out with! They asked me to come back a THIRD time with a more experienced color specialist, after thinking on it I decided not to and here I am about 2 months later still trying to do color correction on my hair, the orange has been so stubborn and hard to get out! Please use caution if you are thinking about using this salon!

Rayn does not know what a trim is. She was referred to me in store as their natural hair specialist. Do not be fooled. I requested trim edges, she asked/reconfirmed when I sat in her chair.. “ you want to keep length? I responded, “yes.” So why did you cut a style She not only took it upon herself to cut a style, but one that I never liked.. tapered in back styles. Cut all length off sides and back. I wish I had paid attention to what she was doing but never able to see in mirror and trusted what we confirmed. Why do stylist just do what they want, not listen. On top of that, the cream (which was her own) or gel, caused white hard flaking so I had to go back next day for her to re-wash. It was a horrible experience and now I hate my natural hair due to too short for the creative styles I was able to do before seeing her. I can barely get a pony tail now. I should have requested refund, I was stressed for days after that ordeal and now have to pay for braids or something for my hair to hopefully grow back. Still don’t understand why she didn’t do what was agreed and why did not use products she previously recommended that are sold in store. I guess trying to market her product she sells but was no good. She talks like she knows, but don’t really believe it after product/style ordeal. NEVER going back!

I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt! Each time it’s always a worker that “adds that strike”. Customer service inquiries about perfume is horrible!!! HORRIBLE ATTITUDES!!! Best to just order online or go to another location. The customers that come through those doors are the ones that are keeping it open! If you don’t want to work, stay at home, Probably cannot! So don’t take your bad days out on paying customers that are helping you stay afloat in this economy!! I wished the young lady w/the pretty nails and long black hair can work everyday!! The only one that seems to love what she does!!!

I went to get color matched and they didn't have a machine like sephora so they tried all kinds of foundations and I ended up leaving with nothing. Such a waste of time
