I went in just to browse around and ended up with a new and improved size and some great knowledge to take home. Alex was THE most amazing human and made the whole experience all the better. She was kind and polite and very informative. She was genuinely the sweetest person I have ever met, she remained professional while also making things fun, relatable, and comfortable. She was such an incredible human and whatever she is making right now, she deserves 10x that amount!!!!!! Best customer service, amazing people person, super informative. Alex, was the most thoughtful, helpful, wonderful person, I’ve ever experienced at La Senza she made me feel very comfortable because I always have trouble finding the right Bra. She didn’t give up, when I was about too and helped me find my true size that felt comfortable. I will definitely be coming back again to see her!

The sizes here in the past were terrible! Now there is more of a variety of sizes I hope they design more DD because i want to wear the really cute bras here!

What an incredible experience when I came in. Arrived closer to closing hour to avoid as many people as possible and had a surprisingly great experience. Had a wonderful welcome from the staff and they allowed us to do our shopping without hovering or having every staff approach. When checking out we got another amazing sale and only paid $5 for two additional items. HUGE SHOUTOUT to MARY!! She was extremely helpful, hilarious and honest.

Jenna is absolutely amazing. I was struggling with finding the correct size of bra and she helped me with trying on a few and checked them on me. I even learned where to properly adjust my bra because I guess I've been doing it wrong! Thank you Jenna, I'm never going to another location again.

The environment wasn't as welcoming as it used to be and a tall lady in sandals working there seemed to have an attitude when I arrived. Once I found some bras I wanted to try on and asked a kind worker to help me find a room, this lady started to bud in on her co worker when all she was doing was her job and helping me and another customer. I didn't feel like trying anything on after that. Don't get me wrong, love La senza but the fact that when I went there felt so empty and not welcomed.

Jenna and Rose were so helpful! I went in, told them my frustrations and that I haven’t been able to find a decent bra. Rose got my size down right away and Jenna stayed helping me for over AN HOUR! She was professional, friendly, and understanding the whole time. She made a card with the style for my body, the size, an alternate size. I left with 4 bras and I’m probably never going anywhere else except these girls. I walked in upset, and left feeling great. Thank you girls!
